TLDR; I'm an American that left the crypto scene for ~8 months, then recently deposited money on Bitmex, not knowing that KYC was required. They're refusing to allow me to withdrawal my money unless I go through the process, but as an American, will they even allow me to do this (verify/close account/withdrawal money)?
